The main advantage of this layout is that it allows us to have larger pictures on desktop computers. We'd keep the existing main Portfolio page and it would link to a COMMERCIAL page and a RESIDENTIAL page. This is an example of the former.
Disadvantage is that all the pictures need to be the same size and shape so it'll take longer to re-format them all.
